Just one call for service and support on Feith provided software and hardware and managed by our Support Department staffed by engineers with years of proven software and hardware experience.
All support calls are tracked in a customer support database until brought to resolution. The database provides a historical record of each installation. You’ll never have to explain your issue multiple times to multiple people.
Each Feith installation includes a high-speed remote support connection for communication between the customer site and the Feith Support Department, allowing issues to be viewed directly for prompt resolution. Software updates can also be downloaded via the remote connection.
As a Feith customer, you receive a secure, personal login to our private knowledge base site.
The goal of our week-long, beginner-to-expert training courses is to provide an education for everyone – user-to-admin – that will allow you to take full advantage of the features of Feith software, whether you are a new customer, have new users or administrators, or you need a refresher.
Reasonably-priced courses are held throughout the year in our Fort Washington, PA, facility. Sessions end by 5pm so you have time to explore the wonderful city of Philadelphia.
If you’re unable to attend live training in Philadelphia, our standard training is also available as a series of live, interactive online courses. Courses are offered in three hour sessions targeting what you need to know.
