Classified records don’t belong in a shared environment. Records under litigation hold don’t belong in a shared environment. Single-tenant tenancy is the foundation the rest of the platform stands on, and the reason customization runs deep, performance stays predictable, and the platform configures to your agency’s policy rather than the vendor’s.
Single-tenant is the only deployment model Feith offers. Every environment (on-premises, agency cloud, or the Feith FedRAMP Moderate authorized cloud) is a dedicated, isolated instance.
The records team, the FOIA office, and the case-management team build what the platform does to fit their work. Queues, intake forms, routing rules, notifications, dashboards, approval steps, and document workflows all configure through a visual interface, and changes deploy in real time, with no code deployment. Feith’s own engineers build on the same low-code engine, so whatever we stand up for you, your team can change on its own.
The capture layer ingests from the systems agencies use, with pre-built connectors for the major federal stacks and AI-assisted metadata extraction at the point of capture. API-first, so anything not on this list can be wired up by the agency or by Feith Services.

API-first throughout. Any system with a documented API can be wired into the capture layer by Feith Services or an agency integration team. AD/LDAP sync for users and groups ships standard in every deployment.
Feith holds 30+ active Authorities to Operate at DoD Impact Levels up to IL7 (TS/SCI). The platform is FedRAMP Moderate authorized, and was DISA/JITC tested from 2002 until the DoD 5015.02 program was retired (current standard: DoDM 8180.01).
Operating environments include NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, AWS GovCloud, and AWS Top Secret C2S. STIG-compliant, with PKI/CAC and MFA throughout.
