The Feith Platform

The foundation under every Feith application.

The single-tenant engineering foundation under every Feith application your agency runs. Built in the United States since 1979.

Platform architecture

One platform. Your environment. Your records.

The systems your agency already uses feed records into your single-tenant Feith instance, which holds them securely in the environment you choose, and serves them to the Feith applications your team works with every day.

Four pillars

Four engineering decisions under every deployment.

Whichever Feith application your agency runs, the same four decisions sit underneath it: single-tenant tenancy, a low-code engine for agency configuration, connectors for the systems your records already live in, and a compliance posture that holds up in an audit.

Tenancy

Single-tenant by design

Your data, your environment, your instance — single-tenant by design, with no shared infrastructure and no noisy neighbors. It's the only model Feith offers: the same isolation holds in the Feith FedRAMP Moderate cloud, where every agency gets its own dedicated instance.

How single-tenant works
Build

Low-code engineering

Agency teams configure workflows, queues, intake forms, and routing in real time, through a visual interface. No code deployments. No release cycle.

Integrations & capture

Pre-built connectors for the systems your records already live in — Microsoft, Google, file shares, email, paper, and legacy systems. API-first throughout.

Tenancy model

One instance. One agency. Nobody else.

The Feith Platform runs single-tenant everywhere: every customer runs a dedicated, isolated instance — on-premises, in an agency cloud, or in the Feith FedRAMP Moderate authorized cloud.

Classified records don’t belong in a shared environment. Records under litigation hold don’t belong in a shared environment. The highest-impact federal workloads cannot run in a shared environment by definition. Single-tenant tenancy is the foundation the rest of the platform stands on, and the reason customization runs deep, performance stays predictable, and the platform configures to your agency’s policy rather than the vendor’s.

Single-tenant is the only deployment model Feith offers. Every environment — on-premises, agency cloud, or the Feith FedRAMP Moderate authorized cloud — is a dedicated, isolated instance.

Low-code engine

Your team configures the platform in real time.

The records team, the FOIA office, and the case-management team build what the platform does to fit their work. Queues, intake forms, routing rules, notifications, dashboards, approval steps, and document workflows all configure through a visual interface, and changes deploy in real time, with no code deployment. Feith’s own engineers build on the same low-code engine, so whatever we stand up for you, your team can change on its own.

Integrations & capture

Records flow in from every system your agency runs.

The capture layer ingests from the systems agencies actually use, with pre-built connectors for the major federal stacks and AI-assisted metadata extraction at the point of capture. API-first, so anything not on this list can be wired up by the agency or by Feith Services.

Records arriving through the capture layer can be processed by Feith’s AI at the moment of ingestion: classification, metadata extraction, redaction, and routing can all run on intake.

API-first throughout. Any system with a documented API can be wired into the capture layer by Feith Services or an agency integration team. AD/LDAP sync for users and groups ships standard in every deployment.

Security & compliance

Built to pass the audit the way auditors expect.

Feith holds 30+ active Authorities to Operate at DoD Impact Levels up to IL7 (TS/SCI). The platform is FedRAMP Moderate authorized, and was DISA/JITC tested from 2002 to 2023 under the now-retired DoD 5015.02 program (current standard: DoDM 8180.01).

Deployment options

Deploy where the work lives.

All three options run the same code base, the same APIs, and the same UI. The deployment choice is about where your records live, not what the platform can do.

On-premises

The instance runs inside your data center, on your hardware. Required for many classified deployments, with full agency control of the infrastructure.

NIPRNetSIPRNetJWICS

Agency cloud

The instance runs inside your agency cloud (Azure Gov, AWS GovCloud, AWS TS C2S, and others), single-tenant in your own subscription.

Feith FedRAMP cloud

The instance runs in the Feith FedRAMP Moderate authorized cloud: the fastest path for civilian agencies that don’t need on-prem.

FedRAMP Moderate
1979 → 2026

Forty-seven years of federal records work.

Feith was founded in 1979 in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and has been federal-focused since the early certifications. It has not pivoted, been acquired, or changed hands since, while every other approach to federal records work cycled through buyers, mergers, and market exits.

1979 Founded Fort Washington, PA.
2002 DISA/JITC Continuous DoD 5015.02 certification begins.
2020 DoD CIO Award A worldwide RMA iQ rollout earns Pentagon recognition.
2023 DoDM 8180.01 Supersedes DoD 5015.02 as the DoD records standard.
2025 FedRAMP Auth Moderate authorized, sponsored by USDA.
2025 HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion, U.S. Department of Labor.

Founded by Don Feith. Still operating under continuous ownership.

FAQ

Platform questions, answered.

TenancyIs the Feith Platform multi-tenant?
Every Feith installation is single-tenant: a dedicated, isolated instance with dedicated storage and support for customer-managed encryption keys, so no agency’s records ever sit in an instance with another’s. That holds in every deployment model — on-premises, agency cloud, and the Feith FedRAMP Moderate authorized cloud, where each agency gets its own isolated instance inside the authorized boundary.
DeploymentCan the platform run on-premises?
Yes. Three deployment options: on-premises, agency cloud (AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, AWS Top Secret C2S, others), and the Feith FedRAMP cloud. All three run the same product.
ClassificationWhat is the highest classification level supported?
IL7 (TS/SCI). Feith holds 30+ active ATOs at DoD Impact Levels up to and including IL7 (TS/SCI). Operating environments include NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, AWS GovCloud, and AWS Top Secret C2S.
AIIs AI included in the platform?
Yes. AI capabilities are part of every Feith deployment and are configured to your agency’s policy. The platform ships six audit-grade AI capabilities: Record Insight (records classification with reasoning shown), Prompt Runner (custom AI prompts across your records), AI Dashboards, Ask Me (records Q&A with permissions inherited), AI Redaction (suggest-mode by default), and Feith MCP (model-context wiring). Every capability runs human-in-the-loop by default. Bring your own LLM: cloud frontier, federal cloud, or on-prem. The full AI story lives at /ai-in-feith/.
IntegrationsWhat systems does the platform integrate with?
Pre-built connectors for M365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Outlook/Exchange, Box, file shares, common databases, REST/SOAP APIs, FOIA.gov, Pay.gov, Login.gov, ID.me, email, SMS, Teams/chat, and scanners. API-first throughout; anything not on the list can be wired up by Feith Services or by the agency.
DevelopmentWhere is the platform developed?
In the United States. 63% of Feith staff hold Secret or higher clearances, 49% at SCI. Zero foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI).
ContractHow can my agency buy Feith?
GSA MAS and CDAO Tradewinds. See the How to Buy page for vehicle-by-vehicle ordering details.
TimelineHow long does deployment take?
Varies by scope. A typical FedRAMP cloud deployment of a single application (for example, FOIA Workbench) takes weeks to months. On-prem deployments and multi-application rollouts vary by agency. Feith Services scopes the timeline during pre-implementation discovery.
