Deborah Robbins, CRM, has over 20 years of experience in records and information governance across government, legal, finance, education, utilities, and private sectors. A former ICRM Mentoring Committee Chair and ARMA leader, she also led a CRA/CRM study group and emphasizes records management as the cornerstone of information governance, urging professionals to reclaim influence with key stakeholders.

Shannon Heim
Shannon has been the host of Records Management University for over six years and has been a volunteer since 2014. With a commitment to supporting the community, Shannon has spent over a decade creating and delivering engaging content that helps professionals in the field navigate the complexities of records management. Shannon is also the mind behind the illustrations featured in RMU’s educational materials.

Dr. Grant Jacoby (Col.)
As Feith’s Information Enterprise Architect, Grant shapes technology strategy for Federal and DoD customers. Previously CISO and SVP at Fifth Third Bank, he also served as a US Army Colonel with multiple combat tours. Holding dual PhDs in Software and Electrical Engineering, he led West Point’s Computer Science Department for a decade and contributed extensively to classified projects for the intelligence community.

Participants will need a stable internet connection to download our webinar client application, Zoom. This user-friendly platform ensures a seamless experience during our live sessions.
