Feith Document Database (FDD) delivers architectural hosting flexibility that significantly reduces your overhead and support costs.

Standard Software-On-Demand Includes:

• • Full access to FDD software, including: Scanning, COLD, Fat client and Web access, Faxing, Workflow, Legacy "line of business" (LOB) - application integration, Microsoft Office integration, Auditing and Statistics, and Electronic Bill Presentment
  • Full database and server administration support
  • Full system back-up
  • Server hardware, storage and database
  • Disaster Recovery Services
  • Pricing is based on the number of objects/pages stored and the number of concurrent users
  • Choice of a 12, 24, or 36 month hosting plan

Feith will charge an additional Professional Services fee for the initial system design and implementation. This will include standard Feith Document Database services such as training, COLD configurations, LOB application integration, and workflow design and implementation. Workstations and scanners will be provided by the customer and installed either at a single location or at multiple sites.

At the end of the contract period, the customer may elect to renew the service, install an in-house Feith Document Database system or receive a copy of the objects and the associated indexing information on distribution media.

The monthly pricing schedule includes all of the Standard Services. Pricing for Auxiliary Services, telecommunications and networking hardware, is not included and will be quoted separately.
