The Feith Document Database, Feith Systems' flagship product, is a complete Enterprise Content Management solution designed for complete integration into your existing environments. Combining Document Management, Document Imaging, Workflow and Web-Based Forms, the Feith Document Database is designed to handle all applications within your organization pertaining to content capture, management and delivery.
Capture
The Feith Document Database is designed for true flexibility and usability regardless of the source of content. Whether Using Feith System's Enterprise Scanning solution, desktop level capture methods such as the Feith Printer or our Microsoft Office plug-in, the Feith Fax server or our automated email capture application, your valuable content is kept safe and secure. The Feith Document Database will also consume content and documents from third-party capture solutions already available within your infrastructure such as walk-up multifunction devices, existing fax servers and even legacy imaging systems.
Data capture is also streamlined in the Feith Document Database, in fact by utilizing a variety of integration methods, data capture efforts may not increase in your organization.
Manage
As content is acquired centrally, the ability to efficiently manage the process related to that content becomes possible. Using the Feith System's Workflow application, your content related processes can be designed and implemented and modified at the department level. Content Centric Workflow Processes may be applied during the entire life-cycle of a document; weather it's an invoice that must be approved upon reception or an internal policy that should be reviewed annually, the Feith Document Database Workflow component will manage and automate the procedure.
Deliver
The Feith Document Database offers a variety of methods and interfaces for delivering work and retrieving content. Our Feith PowerClient is our desktop level platform which can be configured by the user to conform with the way they want to work. Our WebFDD client offers full document management and workflow capabilities delivered via a standard browser with no plug-ins required. Feith Systems also provides an SOA package to allow you to create your own application front end for content management while the Feith Document Database performs the heavy lifting on the back end.
