If federal jurisdiction exists, you consent to personal jurisdiction by and venue in The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

If any portion of these terms of use is ruled invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed amended in order to achieve as closely as possible the same effect as originally drafted.
