BridgeLogiQ incorporates Feith's Mail iQ and Instant Message iQ solutions to store and manage enterprise-wide electronic messages. BridgeLogiQ RMA provides an online capability for examining archived electronic messages and a means to audit the messaging retention system. It is available in both server- and browser-based configurations to allow user access to specifically requested archives.

BridgeLogiQ features file independence - capture, archive and manage electronic objects, Web content, email and attachments. Records are automated by tracking activity - user, time and action are all written to an audit trail preserved pursuant to regulatory and industry standards. Build and control a retention schedule and security scheme for each category. Disposition is triggered by time, event, or time-event. Documents involved in litigation, audit or regulatory action can be placed on Legal Hold, which prevents their deletion. Your disposition scheme, like every other BridgeLogiQ feature, is customizable to suit your enterprise needs and regulatory requirements.
