The goal of our week-long, beginner-to-expert training courses is to provide an education for everyone - user-to-admin - to take full advantage of the features of Feith software, whether you are a new customer, have new users or adminstrators, or you need a refresher.

Spring'12 Live Training Session

  • WHERE: Feith Headquarters, Fort Washington (Philadelphia) PA
  • DURATION: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
    You may register for all days, one day, or any combination in-between
  • COST: $400 per day (or $1,500 for all five days... a 25% discount!)

Grab your number two pencils and load up your backpack because Feith University is registering classes, and we want you as our star pupil! School is back in session, and for one special week, you are invited inside the ivy-covered walls of Feith to train with the Feith Experts and learn from your fellow users.

Training is open to everyone - end users, admins, IT personnel - and is available for beginners, intermediate users, and your organization's Feith experts. There is always something for everyone, regardless of experience level. Classes last all day each day during the week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and a pastry breakfast and buffet lunch are provided free each day with your registration. After 5 o'clock, enjoy all the sites Philadelphia has to offer.

You may register for one class, all five, or any number in-between. Seats are limited for each class, so register now! The class syllabus is as follows:

• • June 4: Introduction to FDD & FCP
    Introduction to Feith Control Panel, Feith Power Client, and WebFDD
  • June 5: Introduction to Forms iQ
    Design forms to collect information, and connect forms to File Cabinets and other databases
       (Prerequisite: Intro to FCP & FDD class or equivalent prior knowledge)
  • June 6: Introduction to Workflow iQ
    Design workflows to manage a business process and process a form through a Workflow
       (Prerequisite: Intro to FCP & FDD class or equivalent prior knowledge)
  • June 7: Advanced Forms iQ & Workflow iQ and Using Dashboard iQ
    Advanced exercises in Forms, Workflow, and Dashboards based on previous Feith customer solutions
       (Prerequisite: Intro to FCP & FDD, Forms iQ, & Workflow iQ or equivalent prior knowledge) 
  • June 8: Advanced: COLD, Vortex, and VIP Barcode Processing, Logs & Configs, and Cartridges
    Automatic creation of documents in FDD using Vortex-COLD and VIP with Barcodes. Review of configuration files, interpretation of log files, and troubleshooting tips. Review of optional Feith cartridges
       (Prerequisite: Intro to FCP & FDD or equivalent prior knowledge)
