As a private, higher education institution competing in today’s climate, Columbia College is always looking for innovative methods to improve productivity, while maintaining exceptional campus wide services. With over 4,000 incoming applications each semester, Columbia needed a system to automate and drive its Admissions review process. Columbia College conducted an in-depth search for a document management solution that would integrate easily with its existing Jenzabar system. Managers wanted to enhance their existing software with the versatility to accommodate complex and non-traditional evaluation criteria, while also eliminating manual review that often created a double workload.
